Burundi elections update

The United Nations Election Observation mission  has preliminary statement about the conduct of the elections.
 EU mission remains withdrawn
African union did not send observers.
US state department said conditions were woefully inadequate.

Medicine sans Frontieres has reported people fleeing the borders.
